Welcome to Ten-O-Nine Records. Ten-O-Nine Records is an artist-friendly Chicago-based independent record label co-founded by Jon Hiller and Dan Saichek.
Jon Hiller is an accomplished drummer having performed with such luminaries as Chuck Berry, Eddie Clearwater, Sam Lay, Big Shoulders, Dave Specter and Tad Robinson. He has also performed on numerous recordings for Delmark Records and other labels over the last 25 years.
Dan Saichek is a guitarist and music business veteran, the creative force behind “Misfits”, a leading progressive early 80’s Chicago music club presenting such seminal artists as Alex Chilton, the dB’s, Chris Spedding, Ministry, the Blasters, X, and Wayne Kramer. Dan was also a talent agent and concert promoter booking venues in the Northwest.
We sign both new and established artists, and release archival reissues and anthologies for music of all types. We accept unsolicited demos with the intent of finding great music that needs to be heard.
